Butternut Squash Soup


A delicious creamy soup best had with some cheesy garlic bread. 







Ingredients 

Onions 
Carrots
Potatoes 
Butternut Squash 
Garlic Cloves
Spring Onion Greens (Chives)
Chilli
Salt 
Oil
Water
Sour Cream 

Method 

Cut all vegetables into large pieces. 

Heat oil in a pot and add vegetables toss till vegetables are coated.

Add salt and garlic cloves and Chilli. 

Add Water till the vegetables are covered approx 2-3 cups. 

Cook till vegetables are soft and can be blended. 
(pressure cooker will be faster 3 whistles)

Once the soup is ready serve with sour cream and chives. 

Serve hot with cheesy garlic bread.

Cheesy Garlic Bread


Ingredients 

Bread
Garlic 
Butter 
Cheese

Method

Grind the garlic and then add some butter make into a smooth paste. 

Apply the garlic butter to the bread. 

Top with grated cheese and put in the oven till light brown and toasted.
